Crystal Palace manager, Oliver Glasner has sent a warm Christmas message to the club’s supporters ahead of the fixture in the busy festive period, Softfootball reports.
He wished all Crystal Palace fans a Merry Christmas and firmly encouraged them to enjoy the festive celebrations responsibly. He also reminded the supporters that attention will return to football very quickly as Palace prepare for their next Premier League match on December 28 against Hotspur.
The video which was shared by the club on their official X handle captured him saying,
Merry Christmas to all our Crystal Palace Fans and I hope you celebrate Christmas in a proper way and then we see us on the 28th of December against Tottenham and yeah we go on the next win
His words come after their 1-1 draw with Arsenal where Maxence Lacroix accidentally kicked the ball into his own net, giving Arsenal the advantage. However, his current statements showed positivity and confidence when he spoke about moving forward and pushing for victory.
His words suggest that the team are focused, motivated, and eager to build momentum as the season continues. The club’s last win was against Fulham where they won 2-1 but the Palace boss ended his message by expressing belief that the team can go on to achieve their next win, which will keep fans excited ahead of the upcoming fixture.
