According to Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, The former Napoli top scout has started work with Arsenal this winter, Romano posted:

Maurizio Micheli has started his work at Arsenal as part of recruitment and scouting team under Andrea Berta. All documents were signed earlier this month to let Micheli leave Napoli and try new chapter at #AFC, as agreed in November.

The Gunners have also been active in identifying and securing young talent, reinforcing their future-focused strategy. The recent signing of the Quintero twins is the latest example, a move that head coach Mikel Arteta has reportedly been excited about as part of Arsenal’s long-term vision.
