Harry Kane stole the show as Bayern Munich demolished VfB Stuttgart 5-0, coming off the bench to score a brilliant hat-trick. The win extends Bayern’s lead atop the Bundesliga to 11 points and marks their 12th victory in 13 league matches this season.

Softfootball understands that Manuel Neuer and Kane were rested from the start; Jonas Urbig started between the posts, while Nicolas Jackson started in attack.

And even though we predicted in the pre-match report that Harry Kane would have an influence on the outcome of this game, we wouldn’t have expected him to score a hat-trick off the bench, but the English striker just showed once again how clinical a striker he is.

Sports expert Fabrizio Romano highlighted the striker’s incredible contribution in a post made via his official X account.

He posted:

Bayern took control early, opening the scoring in the 11th minute when Konrad Laimer finished a slick team move with a delicate backheel, combining beautifully with Michael Olise.

Stuttgart tried to respond, with Nikolas Nartey’s header disallowed for offside, but Bayern’s rhythm was already too strong.

The game truly swung on the hour mark when Kane replaced Nicolas Jackson. Six minutes later, the England striker thundered a low drive from 25 yards into the net, announcing his arrival and immediately putting Bayern further in control.

He once said that scoring goals alone cannot guarantee winning the Ballon d’Or, but winning big trophies can; however, he can’t deny that goals are essential for winning the big trophies, and his impact today was electric.

Josip Stanišić added a third in the 78th minute, before a crucial moment for Kane arrived. Lorenz Assignon was sent off for a handball on the line, conceding a penalty.

Kane calmly slotted it away in the 82nd minute and then completed his hat-trick just two minutes later with a close-range finish from another Olise assist.

Bayern posted a video of the striker with the match ball in a video via their official X account; he also won the Man of the Match award.

The performance took Kane to 17 league goals this season and 79 goals in 76 Bundesliga appearances, solidifying his reputation as one of the league’s most prolific foreign talents ever. Bayern, meanwhile, showed that even with rotation, their attacking firepower is ruthless, leaving Stuttgart with no answers as they coasted to a dominant victory.
