According to top journalist Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, Saliba also took the opportunity to reflect on his journey at Arsenal while linking it to Trent Alexander-Arnold’s high-profile and controversial free agent move to Real Madrid. His words carried the weight of a player who feels both responsibility and affection for the club he now calls home, the post reads;
