The Senegal international will be key to Everton’s success this season, and is off the table for any other clubs. But it seems as if some have tried their luck already this summer.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been credited as admirers of the 25-year-old, with the North London rivals each seeking left-sided attacking options.

However, Fabrizio Romano is reporting  via his X handle that Everton have rejected all approaches with Ndiaye seen as untouchable in the club’s plans. with both Premier League and Serie A clubs showing interest.

The Toffees view the Senegal international as a key figure in their long-term project, underlining his importance to the squad and their plans moving forward.

His post reads:

” Everton have rejected all approaches for Iliman Ndiaye from Serie A and Premier League.

Ndiaye, seen as crucial part of the project at the club.

The Senegal international joined Everton from Marseille for a fee in the region of £15m and is contracted at the Hill Dickinson Stadium until 2029.

Everton fans absolutely adore Ndiaye, and there will be huge excitement for what he can do with better players around him. Now the likes of Jack Grealish have landed on Merseyside, Ndiaye could potentially take his game to another level.

So much good work has gone on at Everton under The Friedkin Group over the past few months, and selling Iliman Ndiaye would completely undo all of that.

Everton are in a much stronger financial position, where, for the first time in years, they do not have to sell their top assets.
