Arsenal’s pursuit of Eberechi Eze has received a significant boost after the English attacker was notably absent from Crystal Palace new kit photoshoot.
Softfootball eagle eyes spotted that Eze was visibly absent in the video posted today by Crystal Palace on their verified Instagram page. The latest development has fuelled speculation that Eberechi Eze could be on his way out of Selhurst Park, potentially opening the door to a move to the Emirates.
Arsenal have maintained strong interest in the talented playmaker, who thrived under Oliver Glasner last season, registering eight goals and eight assists in the Premier League last season.

Eberechi Eze also played a crucial role in Palace’s FA Cup triumph, netting the winning strike against Manchester City. With a release clause of £67.5m, Arsenal are expected to step up negotiations for Eze as part of their efforts to strengthen their squad and finally win the Premier League title.
The Gunners have already made significant investments this summer, signing Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad for over £60m and potentially Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon for a similar sum.
In an earlier update, Softfootball reported that UEFA rejected Crystal Palace’s plea, dumps them to third tier. Crystal Palace’s place in next season’s UEFA Europa League has been revoked following a ruling by a UEFA panel that found the club had breached multi-club ownership regulations.
Crystal Palace has been on the move to reject the looming effect of multi club ownership for a while before they were rejected on Friday.
Recall that Palace had earned a Europa League berth after lifting the FA Cup in May, their first-ever major trophy, but they will now have to settle for a spot in the third-tier UEFA Conference League.
Nottingham Forest, who finished seventh in the Premier League last season, are in line to take Palace’s place. The ban comes after Lyon won their appeal against relegation to Ligue 2 this week, allowing them to participate in the Europa League.
