City have, however, established contact with Neto’s representatives as they monitor the situation.
Savinho remains Tottenham’s preferred choice, with the North London club maintaining their interest after tracking the Brazilian for several months. However, they are prepared to switch their attention to Neto if negotiations for Savinho become too complicated.
Chelsea have yet to receive an official approach for Neto, while Manchester City continue to assess their options before deciding whether to make a formal move. With interest growing from multiple Premier League clubs, the coming weeks could prove decisive in determining where the Portuguese winger will play next season.
