Marc-André ter Stegen will be officially unveiled as an Ajax player this weekend after all parties finalised the agreement.

Ter Stegen is scheduled to travel today before undergoing his medical on Saturday, with the contract signing also set to take place the same day ahead of the official announcement.
The confirmation follows earlier confusion after reports suggested the German goalkeeper had joined Ajax on loan until June 2027, while he also appeared in Barcelona’s pre-season squad, leaving supporters questioning the status of the transfer.
