Newcastle United have expressed strong interest in signing Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface, with reports indicating that the Magpies have already made contact with the Nigerian international’s representatives.
The 24-year-old has been a standout performer in Germany, scoring 31 goals and providing 11 assists in 52 appearances since joining from Union Saint-Gilloise in 2023.
Although Boniface recently signed a contract extension keeping him at the Bay Arena until 2029, Leverkusen are reportedly open to selling him if the right offer arrives.
