Daniel Ogunmodede first joined Remo Stars in 2015 as an assistant coach and youth team manager. Over his decade‑long association with the club, he served in several key roles:
- 2016–2017 — Head Coach of the U‑19 Youth Team and pioneer Director of Youth Football Development, helping establish the club’s acclaimed academy structure.
- 2020 — Promoted to Head Coach of the senior team for his first stint, guiding them to promotion back into the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
