The Premier League has released the top six managers that could win the Premier League Manager of the Season award for the 2025/26 campaign.
Here are the nominees:
- Keith Andrews
- Mikel Arteta
- Michael Carrick
- Pep Guardiola
- Andoni Iraola
- Régis Le Bris
Softfootball suggests the winner would be between Arteta and Guardiola, as definitely one of them should win the 2025/26 Premier League title, with the title race expected to be the major decider for the best manager this season.
Michael Carrick, who was appointed as temporary manager for Manchester United after replacing Rúben Amorim following his sack, also did very well by qualifying Manchester United for the UEFA Champions League.
However, considering he did not start the season from the beginning, he is not viewed among the top two favourites for the award.
