His departure comes as Spurs continue reshaping their squad after successfully avoiding relegation on the final day of the season. The club have already strengthened their ranks by completing the signing of Marcos Senesi on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract with AFC Bournemouth. while the North London side have also completed the signing of Andy Robertson following his departure from Liverpool
Softfootball gathered The Mali international brings an end to a four-year spell in North London after joining Tottenham from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2022 for a reported £30 million fee.
During his time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Bissouma made 111 appearances across all competitions and was a regular figure in midfield when fit. However, injuries severely disrupted his final season at the club, with knee and ankle problems keeping him sidelined throughout the first half of the campaign.

The midfielder had to wait until January 17 to make his first appearance of the season, returning in a 2-1 defeat to West Ham United. He went on to make just 11 appearances during the remainder of the campaign and was an unused substitute in Tottenham’s final three Premier League matches.
Bissouma now becomes one of the notable names available on the market this summer, with interest expected from clubs seeking an experienced midfielder with extensive Premier League pedigree.
