Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has made it clear he has no intention of leaving the club this summer, despite reports linking him with a move to Manchester United in a potential swap deal involving Jadon Sancho.
The 25-year-old Serbian forward joined Juve from Fiorentina in 2022 for €70 million (£60m), arriving with high expectations. However, after scoring 58 goals in 145 appearances and struggling to consistently justify his price tag, speculation has grown over a possible exit.
Fenerbahce, managed by Jose Mourinho, have shown serious interest in Vlahovic, while clubs in the Saudi Pro League have also been monitoring the situation.

Manchester United have been mentioned as a possible destination, with Juve reportedly considering offering Vlahovic in exchange for long-term target Jadon Sancho.
Despite the increasing rumours, Vlahovic is said to be “digging in his heels.” According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he has told close friends he intends to stay in Turin through the 2025/26 season and leave on a free transfer once his contract expires. This strategy would allow him to command higher wages from future suitors.

His stance comes amid growing tension between him and the club. Juventus are reportedly eyeing Lille striker Jonathan David as a replacement. Vlahovic’s performance last season fell short of expectations—he scored only ten Serie A goals as Juventus ended the campaign without major silverware under head coach Igor Tudor.
His only trophy since joining the club came last year, when he scored the winning goal in the Coppa Italia final against Atalanta.
Juventus general manager Damien Comolli recently acknowledged the uncertain situation, saying:
“I spoke with Dusan last week. I want to speak to him again soon to find out what he has in mind. He is a top player, but something didn’t work last season. I need to understand what went wrong—there’s no doubt about his quality.”
For now, Vlahovic appears determined to stay, potentially complicating Juventus’s summer plans.
