UEFA has highlighted via a post made on UEFA foundation their official x handle and reposted by UEFA, a meaningful off-field initiative, revealing that UEFA Youth League players participated in educational sessions at UEFA HQ, using robot technology to connect with children in hospital beds, creating a unique and inspiring experience beyond football, Softfootball reports.

They posted:

UEFA also confirmed that the UEFA Grassroots Award for Best Participation Initiative has been awarded to LTFutbolas in Lithuania for their Primary School League Challenge Month, which continues to make a strong impact in youth development.

On the pitch, Brighton & Hove Albion delivered a dominant 3–0 victory over Chelsea FC at the American Express Stadium on April 21, 2026.
