Softfootball and its official website and apps have been unavailable since approximately 11:00 AM GMT today, Thursday, 13 August 2026, due to server infrastructure issues linked to a cooling incident at the Namecheap PhoenixNAP data centre.
Softfootball uses Namecheap for its hosting and server infrastructure, and the incident has consequently affected access to our website and official apps. We are currently in contact with Namecheap, while our IT team is working closely to ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
At this time, our social media and communication channels, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, remain active. We will continue to keep our followers updated and provide further information as the situation develops and our services are restored.
