Players and staff from Sevilla FC shared their reactions after the club’s draw against Rayo Vallecano via sevilla official youtube channel, with the post-match interview highlighting a mixture of frustration and determination as the team continues its push in La Liga.

Reflecting on the game, one of the first reactions explained how the match unfolded and why the team ultimately accepted the result:

“As the game was presented, we tried to keep the 1–0 lead against a rival that we know is doing well and plays good football. In the end, I think we valued the point. The game was quite even.”

Another player admitted the draw came with mixed emotions despite the team’s strong defensive display:

“It is a point with a bitter-sweet feeling because we were ahead at home. The first half was quite complete, but an isolated moment in the second half cost us the three points.”

The squad emphasized that collecting points consistently is now the priority as the season reaches its decisive stage.

“Every point is important at this stage of the season. We wanted the three points, but we also know a draw is not a bad result.”

Striker Akor Adams also reflected on his own performance and the team’s objectives:

“Goal scoring is my job, but what matters most is winning with Sevilla. Seven goals this season is good, but I feel I should have scored more.”
