Softfootball reports that Cristiano Ronaldo was back doing what he does best on Wednesday night as Al Nassr recorded an exciting 4-2 victory over UAE side Al Wahda in a high-tempo club friendly at Zayed Sports City Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
Played during the winter break, the match delivered plenty of goals, intensity, and moments of real quality, leaving fans with more than enough to talk about. Straight from their 4-0 victory over Istiklol Dushanbe in their last time out, Al Nassr were expected to be favourites for this encounter, as their win sparked reactions of approval from their fans.

Al Nassr kicked off with intent, lining up in a bold attacking setup that featured stars across every department. Ronaldo captained the side and wasted little time making his presence felt.
In the 12th minute, he rose to meet a precise cross from Saad Al-Ghannam and rifled the ball home for the opener. It was classic Ronaldo, sharp movement, ruthless finish.
Al Wahda, to their credit, didn’t fold. Just ten minutes later, Facundo Kruspzky calmly tucked away an equaliser after a smart pass from captain Dušan Tadić. But the joy didn’t last long. Kingsley Coman restored Al Nassr’s lead on the half-hour with a thunderous strike into the top corner, assisted by Ângelo.
Then came the drama. A clumsy challenge by Mohamed Simakan handed Al Wahda a penalty in the 36th minute, and Tadić smashed it straight down the middle to make it 2-2 at the break. The first half was feisty too, with a couple of yellow cards flying in.

Ronaldo was withdrawn at halftime, but Al Nassr didn’t lose momentum. Substitute Haroune Camara struck in the 56th minute after a chaotic corner situation, pushing the Saudis back in front. More changes followed on both sides as fatigue set in.
The final blow arrived in the 78th minute when Saad Fahad Al Nasser pounced on a defensive mistake to make it 4-2. Job done, really, and the win was celebrated by the club in a post made via their official X account.

Ronaldo’s goal took his season tally to 15 in all competitions, underlining his massive influence once again. With possession and chances in their favour, Al Nassr looked sharper overall.
The win offers a timely confidence boost ahead of their upcoming derby against Al Hilal, while Al Wahda will regroup and push on domestically.
