Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed via his official X handle that negotiations between AC Milan and Sport Club Corinthians Paulista for 19-year-old midfielder André are at the final stages. The proposed deal, valued at €12–13 million, reflects Milan’s intent to secure one of Brazil’s emerging talents.
Romano stated:
AC Milan are in advanced talks to sign André from Corinthians! 2006 born talented midfielder seen as top talent on a deal worth over €12/13m fee. Agreement at final stages with André, talks advanced with Corinthians as ESPN reports.
André who has made just 20 professional appearances, has already built a reputation for his futsal-influenced technique, close control, and physical presence in midfield. His rapid development has attracted European interest, with Milan pushing to finalize the agreement in the coming weeks.

As earlier reported by Softfootball, former Manchester United F.C. midfielder Jesse Lingard has agreed to join Corinthians on a one-year contract, with an option to extend. The Brazilian club acted swiftly to fend off interest from Major League Soccer sides, with Lingard opting for a move to Brazil despite a late approach from the United States.
Elsewhere, Newcastle United F.C. midfielder Lewis Miley has been named the 2026 North East Football Writers’ Association Young Men’s Player of the Year. The teenager, who made his Premier League debut at 17 and scored his first goal against Fulham, continues to earn praise for his composure and maturity as he cements his place in the first team.
