Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has grabbed the Premier League Manager of the Month award for November 2025, after steering the team through an impressive, and honestly slightly surprising, unbeaten run.
The announcement came today, acknowledging a month where Chelsea picked up 10 points from 12. Chelsea congratulated Enzo Maresca on winning the award via the club’s official X account.

Softfootball understands that Chelsea opened November with a tight 1–0 win over Spurs. Things flowed better afterwards with a clean and sharp 3–0 victory against Wolves, followed by a steady 2–0 win at Burnley.
Three straight clean sheets made the Chelsea defensive line look solid again, even though some moments in those games were kind of patchy. But the real spark came in the last match of the month, the 1–1 draw with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea played the game against Arsenal with 10 men for more than half the match. And Chelsea still found a way to keep the league leaders from walking away with the win, which honestly felt like a victory on its own.
This is Maresca’s second time collecting the award since taking charge, the first one being back in September 2024. With this, he joins a small line of Chelsea coaches, Mourinho, Conte, Ancelotti, Tuchel, and Ranieri, who’ve won multiple Manager of the Month trophies. Not bad company at all for someone still shaping the team into his own style.

After the announcement, Maresca stated that the recognition only comes when the team performs the right way, and he praised how well November went for them. But he also admitted December hasn’t been as bright, with the team losing to Leeds and Bournemouth.
Those results raised the usual questions about squad depth and whether the team can stay consistent long-term. Still, November stands out clearly, a reminder that Chelsea can look solid and confident, even if the form sometimes dips.
