Luis Enrique has officially become the manager with the most titles in the history of Paris Saint‑Germain, following PSG’s dramatic 4–3 penalty shootout victory over Arsenal in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League final.

The triumph marks PSG’s second consecutive Champions League title under Enrique, cementing his legacy as the club’s most successful coach.

Speaking after the final, Vítinha, who won Man of the Match, described Enrique as the true identity of the team.
Here was his statement to the media:
Luis Enrique is the face, the symbol of this team. It’s a pleasure for all of us to be coached by him.

With Aston Villa also winning the Europa League, they will now face PSG in the UEFA Super Cup. The match is scheduled to take place at the RB Arena in Salzburg, setting up a compelling clash between the champions of Europe’s top two competitions.
