The appointment of Graiter, a former Ligue 1 winner, by Neom has since attracted experienced players to the newly promoted side, who are anticipating a great debut season in the SPL.
According to Get Football France, Lacazette underwent and passed his medical last week before putting pen to paper on a deal that keeps him at Neom SC until 2027. The Lyon academy product ends his second stint with Les Gones, where he recorded an impressive 201 goals and 55 assists in 391 appearances.

Meanwhile, in Saudi Arabia, Lacazette will reunite with former Lyon teammate and Algerian international Saïd Benrahma, who joined Neom earlier in the summer.
Neom SC, who are assembling a strong squad ahead of their top-flight return, are also expected to complete the signing of Nice goalkeeper Marcin Bułka in the coming days.
Recall that Softfootball had previously reported Lyon’s rising star Fofana is on the radar of several Premier League clubs following an impressive breakout season. The 20-year-old Belgium international, who arrived from Gent in early 2024 for €17 million, quickly became a key figure at Lyon, recording 11 goals and six assists in 41 appearances across all competitions.
His performances were especially notable in Europe, where he helped inspire a comeback against Manchester United at Old Trafford during the Europa League campaign. Although Harry Maguire eventually sealed the win for United, Fofana’s impact from the bench didn’t go unnoticed.
