Juventus FC have reached an agreement with Manuel Locatelli over a new contract valid until June 2030, Softfootball reports.

This comes as Juventus continue their squad planning, having now been obligated to complete the permanent signing of Loïs Openda from RB Leipzig. The €46 million deal has been automatically triggered following their confirmed 10th-place finish in Serie A, with the fee to be paid in instalments.

According to Fabrizio Romano on his x handle, Locatelli is set to extend his stay in Turin after proving to be one of the most consistent and reliable figures in the squad, playing a key role in maintaining balance and control in midfield over recent seasons.

Agreement reached between Juventus and Manuel Locatelli on new contract valid until June 2030.

Locatelli’s renewal reflects Juventus’ intention to maintain a strong core, with the midfielder seen as a central piece in their long-term project.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur have reached a verbal agreement with Andy Robertson over a potential move from Liverpool FC this summer. Personal terms are agreed, although the deal remains dependent on Spurs avoiding relegation.
