Juventus finally gave their fans something to smile about, ending a frustrating eight-match winless run with a deserved 3–1 victory over Udinese at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday night, October 29, 2025. The win also marked a bright start for interim coach Massimo Brambilla, who replaced Igor Tudor just a few days ago.
It didn’t take long for Juve to set the tone. Only five minutes in, and Dusan Vlahović confidently slotted home from the penalty spot after being brought down by Saba Goglichidze. The Serbian looked fired up, hungry even. Softfootball reports that he could’ve doubled the lead soon after but saw one goal ruled out for offside and another denied by an outstanding double save from Maduka Okoye.
That missed chance came back to haunt them late in the half. In stoppage time, chaos in the box saw Nicolò Zaniolo react quickest, smashing home the rebound to level for Udinese. For a second, the crowd just went quiet as there were fears of the same old story, but this time the story ended happily for the fans.

After the break, Juve seemed to lose a bit of spark but kept pushing. The breakthrough finally came on 67 minutes. Andrea Cambiaso whipped in a teasing cross from the right, and Federico Gatti rose highest to head it in. Relief came all around as it looked like the team was finally going to dispel the ghost of the past that saw them lose narrowly to Lazio in their last game.
Udinese tried to respond, but Juventus were still seeing chances on the counter however Okoye kept them alive with more great stops, including one from Weston McKennie’s header and another to deny Kenan Yıldız, whose shot smacked the post. But Yıldız got his moment late in stoppage time, winning and converting a penalty himself in the 96th minute to seal the result—3–1.
Kenan Yıldız was simply just magical, and he was hailed by Juventus after the game in a post made via the team’s official X account.

It wasn’t the most fluid Juve display you’ll ever see, but after weeks of frustration, this win felt massive. A new coach, a bit of confidence, and maybe, just maybe, the start of something fresh in Turin.
