Inter Miami produced a remarkable turnaround to defeat Orlando City SC 4-2 away on Matchday 2 of the MLS season, responding strongly after their 3-0 opening defeat to Los Angeles.

Softfootball gathered, Orlando City dominated the first half, taking a 2-0 lead through Marco Pašalić in the 18th minute, assisted by Iván Angulo, and Martín Ojeda in the 24th minute, assisted by Griffin Dorsey.
Bookings followed, including for Nolan Miller in the 45th minute, while both Miller and Tadeo Allende saw yellow cards in first-half stoppage time.
Trailing 2-0 at the break, Inter Miami responded immediately after halftime. Mateo Silvetti pulled one back in the 49th minute, assisted by Telasco Segovia. Eight minutes later, Lionel Messi equalised in the 57th minute, again assisted by Segovia.
As pressure mounted, Pašalić and Dorsey received yellow cards before Segovia completed the comeback in the 85th minute to make it 3-2. Orlando’s Colin Guske was sent off in the 88th minute after receiving his second yellow card.

Messi sealed the victory in the 90th minute with a stunning free kick, making it 4-2. The goal marked his 70th career free-kick and brought his total outside-the-box goals to 106 — 77 with Barcelona, 13 with Argentina, 6 with PSG, and 8 with Inter Miami.
Late bookings for Segovia and Rodrigo De Paul capped a dramatic night as Inter Miami secured a vital away win.
