The seminars form part of FIFA’s standard pre-World Cup protocols aimed at ensuring all participating nations fully understand rule changes, fair play expectations, and competition procedures ahead of the historic 48-team tournament.

The development comes as FIFA confirmed the match officials for the opening games of the tournament, a decision that generated debate following the reported removal of Somali referee Omar Artan from the officiating team.
