FIFA President Gianni Infantino has praised the FIFA World Cup 2026 International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas after the state-of-the-art facility was officially opened at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Centre, Softfootball reports.
Speaking during the inauguration as confirmed via FIFA’s official x handle, Infantino described the 45,000-square-metre venue as “absolutely incredible” and called it the most technologically advanced International Broadcast Centre ever created for a FIFA World Cup.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino has hailed the FIFA World Cup 2026™ International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas as “absolutely incredible” as the state-of-the-art facility was officially inaugurated at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Centre
The facility will serve as the global broadcast operations hub for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted across United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
FIFA also confirmed that all final squad lists have now been submitted, with 1,248 players officially selected across the 48 participating nations for the expanded tournament.

In addition, FIFA released its official June–July 2026 tournament calendar graphic, highlighting key milestones and fixtures as anticipation continues to build ahead of the biggest FIFA World Cup in history.
The latest announcements underline FIFA’s preparations for a landmark edition of the competition, with broadcasting, logistics and squad registrations now firmly in place ahead of kickoff.
