Softfootball can confirm Chelsea have reached an agreement with Manchester United to sign forward Melvine Malard in a deal worth an initial £850,000, with performance-related add-ons taking the total package to just under £1 million.
The transfer represents a club-record sale for Manchester United Women, marking a significant piece of business for the Reds during the summer transfer window.
