Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka has urged his teammates to show character and bounce back to winning ways in the Match-Day 24 of the Premier league, Softfootball reports.
The Gunners suffered their first defeat in the league during a 5-goal thriller at the Emirates as Manchester United defeated Arsenal 3-2 on Sunday evening in a pulsating match.

Saka spoke after the match in an interview shared via Arsenal’s official X handle. The England international was disappointed with the result and eager to erase the disappointment as early as next week. He said:
I think we didn’t show our best level for the full game, which is frustrating. It’s such a big game with a lot riding on it. Obviously, the Emirates have been a place where we’ve been so strong this season. It’s a tough loss to take, but we have to stick together. We go again next week; we’ll try and get back to winning ways. In football, you can score, you can concede – it’s your reaction after it. Obviously, we would have wanted to make it 2-0, but we didn’t. Overall, we’re just not too happy with the performance.

Arsenal defeated Inter Milan 3-1 in the UEFA Champions League Match-Day 7 and may as well draw inspiration from that match when they visit Elland Road to face Leeds United for the Premier League Match-Day 24 as they look to win the title for the first time since 2004.
Mikel Arteta and the rest of the team were equally disappointed with the result but there is joy in Manchester as Pep Guardiola’s City are currently just four points behind Arsenal after their defeat to Manchester United.
