Recent reports from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle indicate that Massimiliano Allegri has firmly dismissed speculation linking him with a future managerial role at Real Madrid.
The AC Milan manager reportedly reaffirmed his commitment to the Italian club, stressing that he remains fully focused on his current project and highlighting that his contract runs until 2027.
Romano reported:
AC Milan manager Allegri on his future after new links with Real Madrid job: “I’m happy at Milan and I’m also under contract until 2027”. “The club is working hard to keep improving the squad for the next year”.
Allegri’s comments come amid recent reports in Italian media suggesting that Real Madrid could consider him for a potential role in the 2026–27 season.
As earlier reported by Softfootball, the experienced coach made it clear that he is happy at Milan and satisfied with the direction the club is heading. Allegri also emphasized that there is “total harmony” and “complete agreement” between himself and Milan’s hierarchy, reinforcing the sense of stability around the club’s long-term plans.

He further spoke about ongoing improvements to the squad as part of Milan’s rebuilding process as the club continues working toward sustained competitiveness in both domestic and European competitions.
While Real Madrid remain one of the most attractive managerial destinations in world football, Allegri’s firm stance suggests that any immediate move away from Milan is unlikely.
