Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina believes the club has every reason to dream of competing for the Premier League title following an impressive first half of the season.
Forest have emerged as one of the surprise packages of the campaign, sitting fourth in the table with 31 points from 17 matches and trailing league leaders Liverpool by just four points.
Softfootball reports Aina remains focused on taking each game as it comes but admits the team’s performances have given everyone connected with the club plenty of belief.

Speaking to the BBC, the Nigeria international said:
You don’t know, but it’s really good work what we’re doing. We are just focusing on ourselves, and taking it game by game. But it is good to dream a little bit.
Despite the optimism surrounding the club, Aina stressed the importance of staying grounded as the season progresses. He said:
As long as we work hard and just keep our heads and not get too carried away, I’m sure things will be fantastic, come May.
Forest’s remarkable consistency has raised expectations among supporters, with Aina confident the team can continue challenging near the top if they maintain their current standards.
