Premier League side, Bournemouth are set to sign Alex Jimenez permanently this week after he impressed on loan from AC Milan, Softfootball understands.
The right wing-back has helped filled the void since Bournemouth sold Antoine Semenyo to Manchester City at the start of the January transfer window and the Ghana international has hit the ground running for the Cityzens even out performing star man Erling Haaland at the moment.

According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, all parties are happy with the deal and it will be completed soon. He claimed:
Alex Jimenez will become Bournemouth player on permanent deal this week. €19.5m fixed fee, €5.3m add-ons and contract until June 2031. The fee will be shared between AC Milan and Real Madrid (owning 50% sell-on).
Jimenez was heavily involved when Bournemouth beat Liverpool 3-2 for arguably their biggest win this season in the premier league. That win ended a poor run of results as they began to turn the corner.

Jimenez joined AC Milan on loan from Real Madrid in July 2023. After impressing with the Primavera side and training with the first team, AC Milan made his move permanent in March 2024 for a reported €5 million, with a buy-back clause included. He made 26 appearances in the 2024-25 season across Serie A and Serie C (Milan Futuro), before moving to Bournemouth on loan in Sept 2025.
