Columbus Crew head Coach, Wilfried Nancy is closing in on becoming the next manager of Scottish champions, Celtic, Softfootball reports.
Celtic recently beat Feyenoord 3-1 away from home in a remarkable game of football and that victory was masterminded by 73-year-old, Martin O’Neill, who came in as caretaker manager to replace former Liverpool Coach, Brendan Rodgers after he resigned.

O’Neill has won six out of the seven matches he has managed and narrowing Hearts’ lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership while guiding the Parkhead side to a Premier Sports Cup final spot.
According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, Nancy will be announced soon as the new manager for Celtic. He said:
Wilfried Nancy has arrived in London now, authorized to travel by Columbus to become new Celtic head coach. Nancy will be in Glasgow on Thursday for his first training session at Celtic. Official announcement to follow.

Ange Postecoglou, who was sacked Nottingham Forest at the start of the season was heavily tipped for a return to Celtic following his successful spell there but the club has since picked Columbus Crew head Coach, Wilfried Nancy as the man to lead them into the future.
Celtic are currently placed second on the Scottish Premiership table with 29 points, just two points adrift of league leaders Hearts and will play Dundee later this evening.
