Al-Nassr carried their AFC Champions League momentum into domestic action as they cruised past Al-Khaleej with a dominant attacking display capped by a breathtaking acrobatic goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, who continues his push for a first Saudi League title, softfootball reports.

Fresh off a 4–0 victory over Goa FC in Asia, a result that maintained their perfect continental record , Al-Nassr showed the same intensity and efficiency back in league play. Their breakthrough came in the 39th minute when João Félix met Angelo’s low cross and swept a composed first-time finish into the bottom corner.

Just three minutes later, the hosts doubled their lead in style. Wesley curled a magnificent effort from distance into the top-right corner, punishing Al-Khaleej’s defensive lapse and sending Al-Nassr into halftime firmly in control after a half where they dominated possession and chance creation.

Al-Khaleej briefly hinted at a comeback immediately after the restart when Hawsawi powered home a ferocious strike in the 47th minute following neat setup play from Fortounis. However, the visitors’ surge didn’t last, and Al-Nassr soon re-established control of the match.

Their pressure paid off again in the 77th minute when Sadio Mané restored the two-goal cushion, guiding a first-time effort past Moris after Nawaf Boushal reacted quickly to keep a loose ball alive inside the area.

The night’s defining moment came deep into stoppage time. Boushal delivered another dangerous ball, and Ronaldo met it with perfect timing, launching into a spectacular overhead strike. Even though goalkeeper Moris managed to get a hand to it, he could not prevent the ball from flying into the net—an exclamation point finish worthy of deciding any game.

After the game, Al nassr via it’s official X handle, posted the Crazy Cristiano Ronaldo bicycle kick goal, an impressive effort from the 40 year old player who has now scored 954 goals in his career. They posted:

The victory reinforces Al-Nassr’s status as frontrunners in the title race, especially as Al-Ittihad claimed a 2–1 win over Al-Riyadh in their effort to keep the pressure on. But Al-Nassr are showing no signs of slowing down. With Ronaldo in sensational form and hungry for his first Saudi Pro League title, the chase at the top is only tightening but for now, the momentum sits firmly with the men in yellow.
