Marcus Rashford continues to rebuild his reputation as a formidable footballer at Barcelona and was on hand to help the club unveil its fourth jersey this season, Softfootball reports.
The Barcelona number 14 has been excellent for Hansi Flick’s side this season and one of their best players. He is current on a season long loan but the Catalan giants have an obligation to buy at the end of the season for around 30 million Euros.

It was no surprise when Rashford led other Barcelona stars from both the male and female team to unveil the club’s fourth jersey. A video was shared via Barcelona’s official X handle. Watch below

Rashford, who shined in Barcelona’s victory over Celta Vigo before the international break was seen in the video wearing the new jersey which honours history and art. 20-years ago on this day, Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 3-0 in the jersey similar to the new fourth kit released today.
The new shirt features the Barcelona stripes in a vertical but seemingly unstructured manner, and that is not a gratuitous detail. The lines are inspired by the trajectory of the ball toward each of the three goals scored that night. You can safely say the win over Real Madrid inspired the new jersey.

During that game on November 19, 2005, Eto’o grabbed the first goal before the magical Brazilian Ronaldinho scored a brace. For the shirt itself, inside the collar, three circles highlight the minutes in which those goals were scored: the 14th, 58th and 77th. And on the outside, the Catalan flag completes the design. The shorts are maroon with a blue stripe on the side of each leg.
Barceloana return to LaLiga action on Saturday when they host Athletico Bilbao.
