Manchester City have wasted no time in replacing Éderson following his switch to Fenerbahçe. Softfootball understands that Donnarumma had been on City’s radar for some time and already agreed personal terms with the club after falling out of favour with PSG earlier in the transfer window, with Pep Guardiola keen to add a shot-stopper of his calibre and experience to the squad.

The Italian goalkeeper, who has already won the Euros with Italy and built a strong reputation during his time at AC Milan and PSG, now takes on a new challenge in the Premier League.
