Bayern Munich have given the green light for Kingsley Coman to complete his transfer to Al Nassr by the end of the week. Softfootball had reported how Al Nassr have been pushing for a winger which has now led them to Coman’s doorstep.
Bayern had just brought in Luis Diaz from Liverpool and has somewhat deemed the 29 year old surplus to requirement as there is Serge Gnabry, Michael Olise, Lennart Karl and Luis Díaz to play from the wings.
The German champions have already let go Joao Paulhinha who battled injuries last season and Coman also falls into the category .

The French winger played 28 matches last season for Bayern contributing only 5 goals and 4 assist as Bayern won the German Bundesliga title.
The German team have now decided to accept the $35m offer which they had rejected earlier because it did not meet their valuation of the player. Bayern were hoping to get something close to the $85m they paid to Liverpool for Luis Diaz.
Although if Bayern do not bring a new player on before the end of the transfer window, they might be short on the wings with Coman’s departure as Olise might be deployed in the middle due to Musiala’s long term injury.
Affirming Coman’s Al Nassr move, transfer journalist, Fabrizio Romano posted on his verified X handle about the move.
He posted:
“Understand Bayern gave their final green light for Kingsley to travel today and join Al Nassr!
“Coman will leave Munich in the next hours as his move to Al Nassr is done, story exclusively revealed last week.
“Fee under €30m to FC Bayern, 3 year deal for the player
Meanwhile Softfootball have reported that Bayern are now looking at Chelsea’s Christopher Nkunku as Coman’s replacement. Nkunku has not had the best of time since leaving Leipzig for Chelsea.
