Timber Delighted To Play Alongside Arsenal Wonderkid Nwaneri

Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber has spoken glowingly about teenage midfielder Ethan Nwaneri, describing the youngster as an exciting talent with a promising future.

The Dutch international shared his admiration ahead of the Gunners’ UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first-leg clash against PSV Eindhoven, highlighting Nwaneri’s rapid development at the Emirates Stadium.

Softfootball understands the 17-year-old has continued to impress manager Mikel Arteta with his maturity and quality whenever called upon this season.

Speaking to UEFA, Timber said he has enjoyed watching the England youth international establish himself in Arsenal’s first-team setup. Timber said:
