Karim Adeyemi has officially completed his move from Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona after both clubs finalised a transfer worth €22 million plus a further €7 million in performance-related add-ons.
The agreement also includes a sell-on clause in Dortmund’s favour, bringing to an end one of the summer’s most closely followed transfer sagas.
Softfootball previously reported that Barcelona had reached a full agreement with Borussia Dortmund for the Germany international, with the deal now officially confirmed by the club.

Barcelona unveiled Adeyemi with a welcome video showing the 24-year-old walking through the streets of the city before receiving a Barcelona scarf from a supporter and proudly putting it on.

The versatile attacker arrives after several productive seasons at Borussia Dortmund, where his pace, direct running and ability to play across the front line established him as one of the Bundesliga’s most dangerous forwards.
With the transfer now complete, Adeyemi is expected to link up with his new teammates immediately as Barcelona continue preparations for the upcoming season.
