Former Chelsea winger Pat Nevin believes Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak would be the perfect signing for Arsenal amid growing transfer speculation surrounding the Sweden international.
Isak has attracted interest from several top Premier League clubs after establishing himself as one of the division’s most dangerous forwards with his consistent performances.
The 25-year-old has also been linked with Chelsea, but Nevin feels Arsenal would be the better fit because of the club’s style of play.

Softfootball understands the former Scotland international believes Isak’s movement, technical ability and finishing would perfectly complement Mikel Arteta’s attacking system.
Sharing his thoughts on the striker, Nevin said:
I would not be surprised if Chelsea made a huge bid for Alexander Isak this January if they got any sort of hint that he was available. Chelsea would love him. Having said that, I think he would be the best possible fit for Arsenal.
He also added:
Style-wise and technique-wise, can you imagine him playing in front of Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard? It would be scary.
