Arsenal are reportedly exploring a January move for Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze, with Jakub Kiwior potentially included in a swap deal to tempt AC Milan into negotiations.

The Gunners are searching for attacking reinforcements following Bukayo Saka’s hamstring injury, which is expected to keep the England international out for an extended period. Softfootball understands Mikel Arteta is weighing up options to strengthen his squad during the winter transfer window.

According to MilanLive, via TEAMtalk, Arsenal could offer defender Jakub Kiwior as part of a deal for Chukwueze, with AC Milan believed to be interested in bringing the Polish international back to Serie A.

Kiwior has struggled for regular playing time at the Emirates this season and has frequently been linked with a return to Italy, where he impressed during his spell at Spezia before joining Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Chukwueze has found opportunities limited at AC Milan since his move from Villarreal in 2023. The Nigerian winger has managed six goals and four assists in 54 appearances while competing with Christian Pulisic for a starting place.

With Saka sidelined, Arteta has relied on Leandro Trossard and youngster Ethan Nwaneri on the right flank, but Arsenal could look to add more experience as they continue their push for major honours.
