Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand believes Arsenal should seriously consider a move for Victor Osimhen, insisting the club desperately needs a genuine goal threat leading the line.
Arsenal have relied heavily on set-piece goals this season, having failed to score from open play in their last four matches, with both Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus struggling to consistently deliver in front of goal.

Softfootball reports that Ferdinand shared his thoughts on Arsenal’s attacking issues while speaking to Football Transfers. He said:
Now, you ain’t having a number nine that’s coming on impacting games. But I don’t even think you’ve got to buy an Osimhen, although I would buy Osimhen. You’ve got to buy someone who can come in and impact games.
Ferdinand’s comments add to growing calls from pundits for Arsenal to strengthen their forward line, with the Nigerian striker’s name continuing to circulate in transfer speculation surrounding the club.
