Guglielmo Vicario has been nominated for the Premier League Goalkeeper Performance of the Season award following his outstanding display for Tottenham Hotspur against Chelsea FC in November.
Softfootball gathered that The Italy international earned recognition after producing a remarkable individual performance despite Spurs suffering a narrow 1–0 defeat. Vicario made eight crucial saves during the match, including three point-blank stops to deny João Pedro.
Tottenham confirmed the nomination through the club’s official x handle on Wednesday 27th may 2026, with the award set to be decided through votes from supporters alongside a panel of experts.
