As a growing academy in Glasgow, we struggled to reach coaches outside our own network. We posted three roles on Softfootball – two part-time foundation phase coaches and a goalkeeping coach – and had more qualified applicants in two weeks than in the previous six months.
The applications came with CVs that clearly showed licences and safeguarding checks, which made shortlisting quick. All three coaches started within a month, and two of them came from outside Scotland.
We’ll keep using Softfootball for every role we advertise.
