England set to seal 2026 World Cup qualification as Group K winners

England are flying high in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and are set to seal top spot with a win against Latvia tomorrow at the Daugava Stadium in Riga.

Softfootball can recall that England beat Latvia 3-0 the last time they met and has never looked back as they continue their quest to be at the Mundial to be honest in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Ahead of this game against Latvia, Three Lions warmed up with a 3-0 win over Wales in a recent friendly as they showed their good form in front of home fans.

England’s official X handle are already anticipating a lot ahead of the game.

England currently have a perfect points haul, having gathered 15points from five wins and a win against Latvia guarantees them top spot and qualification for the 2026 World Cup with two games to spare.

Latvia drew their last game against Andorra and Coach Paolo Nicolato is set to retain almost the same line-up.
