Juventus celebrates star player Yildiz after helping Turkey to a 6-1 win over Bulgaria

Serie A giants, Juventus has hailed Kenan Yildiz as he scored twice in Turkey’s 6-1 win over Bulgaria at the Stadion Vasil Levski on Saturday night, Softfootball reports.

Yildiz, who was unable to find the back of the net when Juventus drew goalless against AC Milan just before the international break showed why he is rated highly in Europe with an outstanding performance in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

Juventus were so proud of their player that they took to their official X handle to celebrate the player. The post read:

Kenan! ✨ Yildiz finds the net twice in quick succession for Turkiye against Bulgaria! 🎯

Real Madrid midfielder, Ander Güler opened scoring for the away side but Radoslav Kirilov equalised for the home side to make it 1-1. An own goal from V. Popov gave Turkey the led in the 49th minute. Yıldız grabbed his brace in the 51st and 56th minute as Turkey ran away with the game. Two more goals from Z. Çelik and İ. Kahveci wrapped it up at 6-1.

Turkey are second in Group E with six points while leaders Spain have nine points and Bulgaria sit bottom with zero points.
