Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade and Jennifer Echegini played key roles as Paris Saint‑Germain thrashed Eintracht Frankfurt 5–1 after extra time to qualify for the UEFA Women’s Champions League league phase.

The match ended 1–1 in regulation time, but PSG completely dominated extra time. Wonder Kanjinga Nanguji scored a brace, first in the 36th minute, then again in the 95th minute to restore PSG’s lead. Sakina Karchaoui added two more goals in the 105th and 113th minutes (P).

Ajibade capped off the performance by scoring in the 120+1 minute, making it 5–1, after earlier winning a penalty. Echegini also made her mark, providing a crucial assist during the comeback.
