Victor Boniface believes the road to AFCON glory in Morocco runs through four familiar names.
Speaking to Football Fans Tribe, the Super Eagles forward who came off the bench in Nigeria’s 1-1 draw with Benin Republic last Thursday flagged host nation Morocco, reigning champions Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Mali as the sides to watch closely at next year’s tournament.

Softfootball understands Boniface isn’t ready to rule anyone out, given how competitive African football has become. He said:
There’s a lot of good teams. When it comes to Africa football you cannot underestimate any team. Everyone is good, so we’re looking forward to it.
The forward also shared a scare from off the pitch, describing a car accident on the way to pick up a childhood friend at the airport. He said:
I was sleeping and my other friend was driving. When I woke up, we were already spinning three times. We thank God, just a little scar on my forehead and stitches. The most important thing for me is life.
