The experienced midfielder played a key role in Arsenal’s solid defensive displays in Europe, helping the Gunners keep clean sheets against Paris Saint-Germain and Shakhtar Donetsk as they maintained their unbeaten start in the Champions League.

With injuries affecting the squad, Partey also impressed in an unfamiliar right-back role, showcasing his versatility and consistency.

According to Arsenal, the Ghanaian became the first Gunners player in almost five years to record more than three fouls won, five tackles, 10 duels won and 75 touches in a single Premier League match during the draw against Liverpool.

Partey is expected to feature for Arsenal when they take on Inter Milan in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League fixture in Italy.
