Rasmus Højlund has officially completed a permanent move to Napoli after the Italian club triggered the obligation‑to‑buy clause in his loan agreement. This follows Napoli’s announcement in late December 2025 confirming their intention to sign the Danish striker permanently from Manchester United.

Softfootball can confirm that €44 million was paid to Manchester United as the transfer fee, in addition to the €6 million loan fee Napoli paid last summer.
