Reports reaching Softfootball indicate Chelsea have rejected approaches from clubs around Europe, including two from the Premier League for Josh Acheampong.

It is understood that new Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso, together with the club’s board, has decided that Acheampong will most likely remain at the club until his contract expires in 2029. The young defender is seen as part of Chelsea’s long‑term project, and the club are unwilling to entertain offers at this stage.

Xabi Alonso, who was recently named Chelsea manager, has also signaled João Pedro, Enzo Fernández and Marc Cucurella as top players that major clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid could attempt to sign at the end of the season.
